Following Japan Post’s re-launch of International ePacket Light, Ship&co now supports this service fully. Users can create shipping labels for ePacket Light using the quick print button (printer icon on the order page) or after getting rates. Additionally, tracking numbers for this service are now displayed and automatically shared with connected e-commerce platforms, which was not the case when ePacket light was launched a few years ago.

To use this service, ePacket Light must be enabled in the Japan Post International settings window on the Ship&co Carriers page.
For Ship&co API users, please use the service ID japanpost_epacket_light when creating shipments.
